The Y&Y VerticalBoard First fingerboard is designed for intermediate climbers looking for a well-rounded finger strength training tool. 10 different holds, including edges from 45mm for warming up and 20mm for training, a one-arm hold, slopers, and jugs, allow you to train a variety of grips and hold types at varying difficulties. Finding your finger strength rapidly improving? No problem – the magnetic inserts (sold separately) allow you to train all the way down to 10mm and bring up the total number of holds to 18. This high level of versatility makes it well suited to intermediate climbers looking to eventually progress into grades f7B and above.
