Returns of Unwanted Products — EU & Rest of the World

 

EU:
At EpicTV, you can always return a product for any reason: it’s not what you expected, you chose the wrong size for the shoes, or you don’t like the color of the pants. You have 100 days to do this.

Attention: products that have been used are not eligible for returns. Please be aware that we cannot accept, for example, the return of climbing shoes that have been used even only once. Also, the packaging of the product must be intact and in the same conditions it was when you received it. Please see here under, Products not eligible for returns.

In the case of kit products (e.g., climbing kits, via ferrata kits, ski+binding kits, etc.), which include multiple products, the return is valid only if you return the complete kit and not the individual components. Custom or personalized products (e.g., trust boxes, cords by the meter, or a ski mounted with a binding) are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

 

Rest of the World:
At EpicTV you can return a product for any reason: it’s not what you expected, you chose the wrong shoe size, or you don’t like the color of the pants. You have 100 days to do so.

Note: for product kits (for example, climbing kits, via ferrata kits, ski + binding kits, etc.) that include several items, the return is valid only if you return the complete kit, not individual components. Customized or made-to-measure products (such as the “Trust Box,” ropes by the meter, or skis mounted with bindings) are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

 
Return Requests:

When returning items, please remember to include a note in the package with your order number.
If you paid by bank transfer, also include your IBAN so we can process your refund as quickly as possible.

ATTENTION: both the product and the packaging must be intact and not used. See below, Products Not Eligible for Return.

Returns from the EU:
Please mark the outside of your package and the customs forms (CN22/CN23) clearly with "RETURNED GOODS – NO SALE." This helps ensure a smooth process and prevents the package from being rejected and sent back to you. Please declare the individual item values and do not attach the original invoice.

To make a return from outside the EU, you must handle the shipping and send us the product or products you wish to return at your own expense. As soon as we receive the return, we will refund you exactly the amount spent on the purchased product; however, we will not refund the amount spent for shipping: tariffs, VAT, customs clearance fees, any duties, or customs taxes.

Attention: EpicTV will not, in any case, be eligible to pay any additional costs should you refuse to receive the goods. In this case, if the goods are returned because the courier was unable to deliver them to you, any tariffs, customs clearance fees, duties, or customs taxes will be your responsibility.

 
Refund Time and Method: EU & Rest of the World

As soon as your product is in our warehouse we will check that it is suitable for the return and we will issue the refund.

Payment Method / How it Works
You paid with credit card or by PayPal — We will issue the refund directly on the same account
You paid per money transfer or cash on delivery — Please write on the paper, along with your order number, an IBAN so we can issue the refund

We will refund the whole amount you paid for the purchase of the product; we will not refund the shipping expenses.

 
Returns of Defective or Non-Conforming Products: EU & Rest of the World

If any of the products you received are defective, please email us at support@epictv.com . We ask you to provide detailed information about the issue you encountered with the product, possibly attaching images or videos, and to include your order number or send us a photo of the receipt so that we can easily trace your order.

Our customer service, after consulting with the manufacturer, will contact you to arrange the shipment of a replacement product or, if it is no longer available, to send you a discount code equal to the value of the product in question. If the purchased product is found to be defective but the manufacturer considers it suitable for repair, the product cannot be returned.

If a purchased product is found to be defective but the manufacturer deems it suitable for repair, a return is not possible. Instead, we will proceed with the repair according to a procedure that varies depending on the supplier. Even when the defective product has been repaired, it will not be possible to proceed with the return.

If you have received a product that does not conform to what you ordered (for example: you ordered a pair of shoes in size 39, and you received size 39½), please contact us at support@epictv.com : our customer service will contact you to arrange the exchange for the correct product.

 
Exchanges: EU & Rest of the World

At EpicTV, we do not handle online exchanges. If you have ordered a product and realize that it is not what you need, you can return it and then proceed to place a second order for the correct product.

Products Not Suitable for Return: EU & Rest of the World

If our specialist judges that the product you returned is not suitable, we will not be able to accept it and will need to send it back to you.

You can place a new order; in that case, we will send you back the product for free with your new order.

If, on the other hand, you decide not to place a new order, we will ship your product, not eligible for return. In this case, the shipping costs and any customs duties will be entirely at your expense.

You do not wish to place a new order — We will send you the unsuitable product, and the shipping costs and any customs duties will be entirely at your expense.

A product can be judged not suitable for return for four reasons:

The return has been made more than 100 days after receiving the goods.
The product is damaged, used, or not in its original packaging. The packaging must be intact and without any additional labels. Shoes must be boxed inside a larger box; clothing must be returned in intact plastic packaging.
The return is one of the products of an equipment kit.
The return is a tailored product, custom-made.
