These general terms and conditions govern the purchase of products and services carried out remotely via the internet on the website epictv.com, owned by LDR S.P.A. Unipersonale, with registered office at Via Fabio Filzi 97, 36051 Creazzo (VI), Italy.
Purchases made on our site are subject to Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, which regulates distance contracts in cases where goods are delivered to the purchaser’s domicile, as these purchases are made outside of business premises.
The contract stipulated between the customer and EpicTV shall be considered concluded with the acceptance, even partial, of the order by EpicTV. Such acceptance is considered tacit unless otherwise communicated to the customer by any means.By placing an order in the various ways provided, the customer declares to have read all the information provided during the purchase procedure and to fully accept these general terms and conditions of payment.
If the customer is a consumer (i.e. a natural person who purchases goods for purposes not related to professional activity), once the online purchase procedure is completed, they must print or save an electronic copy of these general terms and conditions of sale, in compliance with the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 on distance selling.
On EpicTV you can pay for your order using one of the following methods:
- Credit card
- PayPal
- Bank transfer
EpicTV reserves the right to cancel orders if shipping costs are excessively high. This applies in particular to heavy and/or bulky products (such as crash pads) shipped outside the European Union or to hard-to-reach areas, including islands within the European Union (such as Malta or the Canary Islands). In these cases, EpicTV reserves the right to contact the customer to inform them of the shipping costs and to cancel the order and refund the full amount paid.
EpicTV also reserves the right to cancel orders where one or more items have an incorrect purchase price due to typographical errors or pricing entry mistakes. In these cases, the customer will be informed and the order will be cancelled with a full refund.
We do accept tax refunds; however, this is available only to private European companies based outside Italy. By entering your company details at checkout, you can receive a refund of the VAT.
The only situation in which VAT is not included in the price is for online orders shipped outside the European Union.
Prices displayed on the website include VAT when the order is placed within the European Union. For orders shipped outside the European Union, prices are shown exclusive of VAT. Import duties, local taxes and customs charges may be applied by the destination country upon delivery and are the responsibility of the customer. The exact amount of any additional charges depends on the regulations of the destination country and the product category.

TAX REFUND
Tax refunds are not accepted. VAT is excluded from prices only for online orders shipped outside the European Union.
VAT
All prices displayed on this website are gross prices and include VAT.
If an order is placed by a company based in the European Union, the VAT amount may be refunded. Upon payment, the customer must request an invoice by selecting the appropriate option and entering all required data.
The full amount must be paid initially. After verification through the VIES system, if the VAT number is valid and the shipping address matches the billing address, the VAT amount will be refunded on the total order value.
