A coat to change the game, the Downpour Eco Jacket from Rab is built from recycled 2.5-layer Pertex® Revolve fabric with a fluorocarbon-free DWR treatment, making it Rab's first-ever 100% recycled mono-polymer waterproof jacket.
Utilizing a polyester outer and membrane, the Downpour Eco Jacket is not only 100% recycled in the first place, but it also has the potential to be recycled at the end of your many years enjoying it. Boasting waterproof performance of 20,000mm HH, and moisture-wicking breathability of 20,000g MVTR, the Downpour Eco Jacket can handle whatever mood the hill is in, and whatever it has in store for you.
With an adjustable hem and cuff and a pair of deep-venting pit zips, the Downpour Eco can be tweaked to provide as much ventilation as you deem necessary as well as giving a snug, bespoke fit. Its hood, with a polymer peak, is two-way adjustable whilst the zipped handwarmer pockets are large enough to fit a map and all of your valuables inside. Small enough to fit un-assumingly in your pack with is integrated stuff-sack, and at 280g, light-enough to forget it is even there, the Rab Downpour Eco Jacket is perfect for hikers who want sustainability to be a part of their clothing, but also wear a coat that is going to provide excellent performance in the sticks.
