La Sportiva Mantra

The La Sportiva Mantra is a legacy design with futuristic tech. This shoe is ultra light and has been designed to be perfect for high performance comp climbing for climbers who want as much grip and stickiness to their shoes as possible. 

The Mantra utilises La Sportiva's no-edge technology, and combines it with D-Tech which wraps the shoe laterally to completely eliminate any and all edges from this shoe. This keeps your foot as close to the rock as possible and allows you to focus your power through small footholds rather than only on the edge. The absence of edges allows you to paste your foot onto smears, and most importantly volumes. With Vibram XS Grip 2, these shoes are sticky enough for all your smears, but still hard enough to be resilient and to support your feet on small edges.
