This sizing advice is based on two pairs of brand new shoes. Leather shoes tend to stretch
more than synthetic shoes. When switching from synthetic to leather you may want to select a smaller size.
The La Sportiva Gripit is a high end shoe for kids. It uses the familiar No-Edge technology in its design, this lets the toes get closer to the rock/plastic for an increased sensitivity and more accurate placement. The Gripit also features a Zero-Press construction which eliminates pressure points in the growth plate areas of the foot so that the shoe is not inhibiting or causing problems as the foot size develops. Finally, the velcro closure is highly adjustable and has a strap which swings around the heel to take in any unwanted deadspace resulting in a great fit.
