Black Diamond Vision Helmet - MIPS

The Vision MIPS helmet is the most durable offering in Black Diamond's extensive range of helmets. It features an EPS foam puck, an ABS shell to resist dents and dings, EPP foam, and cutting-edge MIPS (multidirectional impact protection system) technology.

The MIPS system is designed to protect against rotational motion transmitted to the brain from angled impacts to the head. This added protection system has been proven to reduce rotational violence on the brain by absorbing and redirecting oblique impacts to the helmet. The back and side coverage have been improved, meeting proposed UIAA requirements.

Strategically placed ventilation keeps your head cool, while the suspension system and chin strap maintain a sleek design. The integrated headlamp clips are low profile to prevent snagging on over-the-shoulder slings and allow for climbing in low light conditions.
