The Kong Prog is the inovetive aid climbing tool, designed to make far away and awkwardly placed bolts easier and safer to clip. The Kong Prog is a Kong Frog, but with an much longer (35 or 45cm) stiffened quickdraw meaning you can clip bolts that would otherwise be miles out of reach - think mini clipstick, without the stick. The Prog uses an innovative mechanism which automatically closes once it comes into contact with a bolt - there’s nothing you need to do with your hands other than bend the flexible bar into the shape required, hold the bottom of the Prog, and guide the mechanism to the bolt. A simple tool for scary routes with far-spaced bolts or when you just need a bit more reach to put that next draw.
