Shipping costs vary depending on the destination address and the type of products in your order.
For shipments outside the EU, you can choose between an express courier (UPS, FedEx) or your local postal service. Shipping costs are determined by three factors: the shipping destination, the courier selected, and the number and type of products in your order. Once you reach the cart, you’ll see the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase.
If your country is not listed below, please contact us, and we will work with you to determine if shipping via the local postal service is possible and under what conditions.
Shipping within Italy is always free for orders of any amount and any type of product if UPS is selected as the courier.
Alternatively, you may choose GLS as the courier. GLS delivery in Italy has an additional cost of €3.00. The courier can be selected at checkout.

Orders under €39.00: €10.00
Orders over €39.00: Free
If the order contains at least one heavy product (e.g. crash pad or skis), the shipping cost is €50.00 regardless of the order amount.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight and volume of the order. For particularly heavy or bulky orders, shipping is €50.00 even if multiple smaller items together create a high total volume (for example: several ropes, multiple pairs of climbing shoes, and boots).

UPS is recommended for faster delivery and reliable tracking. The local postal service is a lower-cost option but may result in longer delivery times.

If a package is refused, it will be treated as a return and all customs clearance fees, duties, and taxes will be charged to the customer.
