These general terms and conditions govern the purchase of products and services carried out remotely via the internet on the website epictv.com, owned by LDR S.P.A. Unipersonale, with registered office at Via Fabio Filzi 97, 36051 Creazzo (VI), Italy.
Purchases made on our site are subject to Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, which regulates distance contracts in cases where goods are delivered to the purchaser’s domicile, as these purchases are made outside of business premises.
The contract stipulated between the customer and EpicTV shall be considered concluded with the acceptance, even partial, of the order by EpicTV. Such acceptance is considered tacit unless otherwise communicated to the customer by any means.By placing an order in the various ways provided, the customer declares to have read all the information provided during the purchase procedure and to fully accept these general terms and conditions of payment.
If the customer is a consumer (i.e. a natural person who purchases goods for purposes not related to professional activity), once the online purchase procedure is completed, they must print or save an electronic copy of these general terms and conditions of sale, in compliance with the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 on distance selling.
On EpicTV you can pay for your order using one of the following methods:

- Bank transfer
EpicTV reserves the right to cancel orders if shipping costs are excessively high. This applies in particular to heavy and/or bulky products (such as crash pads) shipped outside the European Union or to hard-to-reach areas, including islands within the European Union (such as Malta or the Canary Islands). In these cases, EpicTV reserves the right to contact the customer to inform them of the shipping costs and to cancel the order and refund the full amount paid.
EpicTV also reserves the right to cancel orders where one or more items have an incorrect purchase price due to typographical errors or pricing entry mistakes. In these cases, the customer will be informed and the order will be cancelled with a full refund.
All prices displayed on this website are net and do not include VAT. Tariffs, customs duties, and charges are not included, and EpicTV is unable to quantify their amount.
EpicTV shall not be held responsible for any additional costs incurred after the goods have been shipped. The customer is responsible for checking any extra costs that may apply according to the legislation of the country of delivery.
For American customers only: EpicTV has developed a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) system with FedEx. This means that the amount paid at checkout includes both shipping costs and any duties or tariffs applied by U.S. Customs.
The only additional charges upon delivery may be local sales taxes applied depending on the customer’s state and/or county, which EpicTV is unable to calculate in advance.
