The Lattice Triple Rung is built for training and testing designed to measure your finger strength and improve it! The rung has a 45mm edge, 20mm “Lattice benchmark” edge and a 10mm edge. The Lattice Triple Rung includes Lattice's 20mm testing edge along with details of how to perform a finger strength self-assessment which will let you measure you maximum force in a training session to see how you compare to other climbers that Lattice have tested! This will give Lattice the details they need to see if you are "strong" or "weak" for your climbing grade in both bouldering and sport climbing. They will even produce a mini-report, customised to you, for free!
