The Scarpa Instinct LE is a limited-edition climbing shoe with only 1000 pairs in production. In collaboration with Scarpa, we've designed it to provide greater support than a standard soft slipper to give you maximum power on steep terrain.

We wanted a climbing shoe that could drive the most power possible through the big toe on anything tiny and overhung, from steep and slippy limestone edges to barely-there board screw-ons. To achieve this, Scarpa revived the FQ last for us, a shape that focuses on precision. The full-length outsole and highest heel tension add stiffness and support, and Vibram XS Grip2 rubber provides maximum friction. This combination allows you to find, stick to, and push hard off steep micro edges, both indoors and out, and create as much tension as possible on 15-degree-plus problems and routes.

• 2mm Lorenzi microfibre upper with complex panelling retains the shoe's performance downturn over time
• Stitching minimises pressure points for greater long-term comfort
• The toe box features a large, sticky patch for better friction on toe hooks and cams
• The slipper design allows for easy on-offs, making this shoe excellent for training, bouldering, and shorter routes
