With an updated 3 layer H2No Performance fabric and a DWR (durable water repellent) finish these should see you through everything from a light drizzle to a full on thunderstorm. They have a simple elasticated waist band with a drawcord, articulated knees, 2 zip up mesh pockets, zipped lower legs with elasticated snap-closure cuffs.
