The Climbing Technology Ariel Pro Set DY has an upper carabiner with best grip gate, while the lower carabiner has a hot-forged ergonomic gate, both of which have a catch free nose for seamless use with ropes. The carabiners are attached with a lightweight 11mm Dyneema sling, so the overall weight of the quickdraw is minimal, while the lower carabiner protects the sling from abrasion due to a FIXIT rubber fastener.
