Julbo Shield

Designed for mountain bike downhills, running trails, and crags, the Julbo shield is a stylish pair of shades for adventurers wanting a more casual-looking pair of performance sunglasses.
The Julbo Sheild comes with three different lens variations. REACTIV High Mountain is a photochromic lens that darkens or lightens in changing light conditions and works well in conditions such as high mountains, desert, and out at sea. Whereas, Spectron 4 features an extremely low visible light transmission of 5%, which works well in conditions with high glare such as alpine climbing and skiing. Spectron 3CF is an all-round lens that works as well for everyday wear as it does during times at the crag or sinking beers in the garden.
Combining high altitude technical expertise with a modern look, the Julbo Shield features a fabric side shield that provides flawless protection and comfort, whilst its fitted Air Flow venting system assures much need breathability during intense exercise.
A do-it-all pair of shades, the Julbo Shield is prepared to give your eyes some TLC and make you look like a boss whatever the vista.

**REACTIV High Mountain 2–4**

Photochromic lenses (cat. 2 to 4 - visible light transmission rate: 5% - 20%), they get darker or lighter to match changing light conditions with NTS (Non-Temperature Sensitive) technology, and polarisation eliminates glare on reflective surfaces. Lenses adapt to changes in exposure and glare. Ideal for extreme visual conditions: desert, sailing, high mountains and skiing. Improved reading of relief and maximum protection thanks to polarisation. Internal anti-fog coating.

**Spectron 4**

Cat. 4 polycarbonate lens (visible light transmission rate: 5%) with an anti-reflective coating: improves visual comfort by eliminating stray reflections. And a flash finish: improves filtration of visible light by applying a mirror effect to the lens. Blocks sunlight and increases the filter effect. Recommended for sports exposed to conditions with strong glare.
