The Julbo Shield comes with three different lens types: REACTIV High Mountain is a photochromic lens that darkens or lightens in changing light conditions and is ideal for extreme conditions like desert, high mountain, and sailing; Spectron 4 features an extremely low visible light transmission of 5% and is best suited to conditions with high glare, like skiing; Specctron 3CF is an all-round lens ideal for everyday wear. Key features of the Julbo Shield include removable soft-feel side shields that protect against side glare at high altitude but can be removed for a more casual look.
