The colour scheme is less serious than the other climbing shoes in BD's new line, and it features a microfabric midsole to provide extra comfort, but bar these variations it has the exact same features as the adult shoe. The upper fabric is made with Engineered Knit Technology to provide stretch in key areas, stability in others, and all-round breathability. NeoFriction is BD's proprietary rubber that's made using hot-forging rather than cutting from a sheet of rubber. This maximises the shoe's rubber and rand durability, comfort, and weight savings.
